Moderate bending and forming speed: The main impact of bending and forming speed on forming quality is: if the speed is too fast, it can easily cause the bending part of the conduit to be flat, and the roundness cannot meet the requirements, causing the conduit to crack and break; if the speed is too slow, it can easily cause the conduit to wrinkle and the compression block to slip, and large diameter pipes can easily cause the bending part of the conduit to sink. For a large number of experiments on these two CNC pipe bending machines, it is appropriate to determine the bending speed of the conduit as 20% -40% of the machine bending speed.

When selecting the fixing screws for the cold bending machine, the fixing parts should be selected according to the service life of the structure. Except for the screws used for concealed buckle fixation, all other screws of the cold bending machine are equipped with waterproof washers, and corresponding common washers are provided for alignment with the daylighting board and special wind pressure situations. However, some details are more important. Regarding the use of the roof, the cold bending machine should be stopped at the roof and eaves for the corresponding edging task. The device is easy to grasp, and its intention is to effectively prevent rainwater from entering the roof.
