In addition, developers currently only consider construction costs and current benefits, and excessive costs cannot be accepted; Builders believe that if they build steel structure buildings, the construction technology, personnel, and equipment will need to be reconfigured, and the short-term costs will also increase. They will also have concerns; Design institutes, material suppliers, transporters, regulatory agencies, etc. on the industrial chain need to change their existing business management habits, which will increase costs and reduce benefits.
