From the current production of steel mills, the production of domestic steel mills is still on the high side. In terms of the operating rate of the rolling mill line, the production rate of the steel mills in the past two weeks has not been low. In the later period of the Chinese New Year, some private enterprises or short process rolling enterprises may reduce or stop production appropriately, and there will be no significant changes in the production of British standard H-beam steel. Therefore, this increase also needs to be paid attention to. At present, China's steel production capacity is severely surplus and supply exceeds demand. The global price of H-beam steel products in the British standard is low, declining for three consecutive years, and has not yet stopped falling and rebounded.

From the perspective of inventory, the current trend of inventory increase in the five major steel varieties in China is led by threads and wire rods, while the social resources of hot-rolled sheet coils, medium and thick plates, and cold-rolled sheet coils have not changed much. The amount of social inventory often directly reflects the overall view of the steel market on the future market. In previous years, the inventory level of the British standard H-beam steel market has already started a very obvious stocking rhythm, but this year the overall market stocking volume is limited. In the next few weeks, the inventory level of the steel market will have a certain increase, but the increase may not be as significant as in previous years.

Especially for some manufacturers, the practice of attracting transactions at ultra-low prices due to resource reasons requires close attention.
