Introduction to H-beam cold bending machine: Hydraulic cold bending machine (arch bending machine) is a new type of fully automatic steel arch bending machine product independently developed by our company. Adopting a hydraulic system with stable transmission and high pressure, it is mainly used for bending circular pipes, channel steel, angle steel, and other profiles in tunnels, tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground tunnels, etc.

The H-shaped steel cold bending machine is a new type of equipment for the processing and production of tunnel and tunnel support steel arches. It consists of a base, mechanical transmission, cold bending system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and parts. During work, the required cold bending steel is pushed between the two active rollers by the door bracket of the auxiliary system.

Start the hydraulic system to push the dovetail groove and cold bending roller to cold press the profile steel. When the design required arc is reached, turn off the hydraulic system, start the mechanical transmission system, and make the active roller rotate and rely on friction to drive the profile steel to move smoothly and slowly, thus achieving continuous cold bending operation. At the end of the cold bending, turn off the mechanical transmission system and simultaneously activate the hydraulic system to retract the hydraulic cylinder. Place the cold-formed steel on the door bracket of the auxiliary system. This type of cold bending operation ensures the strength of the material, improves the quality of the supporting steel arch, improves work efficiency, and makes the operation simple and clear. Compared with the press, the cold bending machine has good working performance.
